MEET KAREN
Dr. Karen Tindall is an Accredited Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, a Trauma-Informed Coach, a Certified Somatic Coach & Mindfulness Facilitator who believes sustainable success is built on a strong foundation of whole-person well-being.

She works with busy, successful professionals to find profound success, expertly navigate complicated personal and professional lives, and ultimately thrive.
Her unique approach integrates Whole Person Coaching, Positive Psychology, somatic techniques, and mindfulness, leveraging her strong skills in overseeing complicated situations. This powerful combination helps her clients manage demanding careers and cultivate the clarity, connection, and growth needed for a balanced and fulfilling life.
Outside of coaching, Dr. Karen is an experienced international speaker who channels her passion for balance and adventure by working as a luxury travel planner and retreat architect. You'll most likely find her on a Pilates reformer in her downtime, enjoying a dog walk with her family, or inventing new recipes in her kitchen.
MEET HOLLIE
Hollie Schaub is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach who believes lasting wellbeing grows from aligning supportive daily rhythms of health with meaning, vision, and self-compassion.
She works with individuals and professional teams seeking clarity and personalized support that is intentional and sustainable towards their health and wellbeing vision. Through her company, Trellis Health, clients explore how their personal wellbeing ‘‘trellis’ is guiding their whole health in their current season.
She takes an integrated holistic approach utilizing Positive Psychology, behavior change theories, character strengths, and functional medicine principles to help clients reflect, reorient, and purposefully build practical rhythms and routines to strengthen and support the person they want to be.

​Outside of coaching, Hollie enjoys exploring the Ozarks with her family or on her paddleboard, working in her garden, and gathering with friends and family over a good meal.


MEET ANGELA
Angela Beaulieu is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, certified nutrition coach, and personal trainer who believes sustainable well-being begins with self-awareness, compassion, and intentional choices.
She works with individuals who are high achievers and are tired of cookie-cutter solutions and quick fixes.
She loves supporting her clients in creating habits and rhythms that work with the demands of their life and align with who they want to be and how they want to feel.
Her whole-person approach integrates intuitive eating, behavior change science, movement, mindset, and stress management to foster lasting well-being—free from guilt, perfectionism, and all-or-nothing thinking.
Outside of coaching, Ang loves spending time with her husband and son, taking afternoon walks, learning how to shuffle, and baking yummy treats.
MEET RHONDA
Dr. Rhonda S. Ellis is a nationally recognized executive and leadership coach who believes leadership isn’t just a role; it’s a way of being. She partners with individuals, teams, and organizations to build cultures rooted in curiosity, clarity, and courage through her company, INTOUCH Coaching.
Her approach blends Intentional Change Theory, embodied self-awareness, and lifestyle medicine to help people pause, reflect, and realign with what matters most. She is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and a board-certified Health Coach with the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaching.
Outside of coaching, Rhonda serves as Board President of NWA Workplace Well-Being Collective and shares her energy and heart with other community nonprofits. She finds joy in all seasons in the outdoors, sharing adventures with her husband, friends, and family in Northwest Arkansas.
